Update to DNS issues
"eNom DNS servers were victim to a large Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack. This attack affected hosted customers and other services, which rely on our DNS infrastructure. Our DNS regularly handles attack traffic during the normal course of business; however, this attack was particularly large and required additional effort by eNom Operations to counteract it. By policy, eNom doesn’t detail the nature of attacks against our infrastructure. Thank you for your understanding and patience."

There are DNS issues at the registrar through which most of our clients' domains are registered. This means that even though our servers are fully online and operational, there are problems with "the Internet" finding them. You will not lose any email - it will merely be delayed (Exchange email clients are not affected). We have opened a support ticket with the Registrar and so has half the populated world. We are confident that they are treating this as a class-A emergency and hope to have full operation soon.

The problems are intermittent. You can view your Web site and receive email but there will be occasional periods that you cannot do either. They are usually short (5 minutes).

The registrar is working on the problem and we hope for resolution soon.
